Returns and Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on Six Coffee Store for delivery within our serviced area (all Canadian provinces and territories except Quebec — see our Shipping Information page).

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition Required for Return

Because we sell coffee and other consumable food products, for hygiene, quality, and food-safety reasons we can only accept the return of unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging.

We will accept opened, used, or partially consumed products for a full refund or replacement where:

  • the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or spoiled;
  • you received the wrong product, flavour, or quantity; or
  • the item is materially different from how it was described on the Site.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used coffee, capsules, beans, or ground coffee (except where defective, damaged, or incorrect, as above)
  • Items marked “final sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason:

We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item): we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
  • Any other accepted reason: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Since we provide free shipping on all orders, original shipping costs are not refunded except where the return is due to our error. No restocking fee applies.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange (for example, a different roast or grind) instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us — subject to product availability.

Cancelling Before Shipment

You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it has shipped by contacting us at info@sixcoffeestore.com or +1 (416) 268-5234.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, any cancellation or refund right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable provincial consumer protection legislation governing distance and internet contracts.
