Where We Ship

Six Coffee Store ships to Canadian addresses except Quebec. We currently do not ship to, or accept orders for delivery to, Quebec, and we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required, to any address we service.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Ontario. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, remote location, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Carrier

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check order status by signing into your account on the Site or by contacting us.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, and that it is not located in Quebec, which we are currently unable to service. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete, incorrect, or unserviceable address. If an order is placed with a Quebec delivery address, we will contact you to cancel and refund it in full.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window above, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund:
